Young People: Findings: Exercise

You told us how often you did certain sports and exercises. This graph shows the percentage of boys and girls who said they did each activity most days or every day.

There were many other exercises and sports that you told us you did regularly. These included javelin, ice skating, snowboarding, chin-ups, yoga, fencing and tai-chi!
