DASH survey 2010

posted on 24 September, 2010

DASH needs you!

The questionnaires for the third stage of the DASH study have just been posted to everyone who took part when they were younger. We need you to tell us about your lives so that we can learn about what affects the health of young people in London. By asking you questions throughout your life we will be able to see how health changes from childhood to adulthood and what keeps people healthy and happy in the long-term. That's why we always need info from the same people. The questionnaire asks questions about your home and family life, your health and lifestyle, and how you feel about different aspects of your life. There are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers. It takes about 10-15 minutes to complete and you don't have to answer all the questions if you don’t want to. To say thank your help, we will send you a £10 ‘Love to Shop’ voucher when we receive your completed questionnaire. All the info you share with us remains strictly confidential. You can also click on 'Launch Survey' above to take part, you will need your DASH ID printed on your posted survey.
